Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    5 oz. can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. good bourbon
    1/2 block paraffin (melt in small amounts, 2 lb. to 8 oz. chocolate coating)
    3 lb. powdered sugar
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 lb. chocolate summer coating or 2 (16 oz.) bags real chocolate chips
Preparation
    Pour bourbon over chopped nuts; toss to coat.
    Blend well at room temperature the butter, powdered sugar and evaporated milk. Knead.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Chill firmly and have cool for dipping.
