Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
4 Tbsp. bacon bits
Preparation

Boil potatoes; drain.
Let cool enough to melt butter.
Stir in all ingredients, reserving a small amount of cheese for garnishing.
