Sweet 'N Sour Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    4 carrots
    2 zucchini
    1/2 head cabbage
    3 stalks celery
    8 fresh mushrooms
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water to cover for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool and debone.
    Drain pineapple.
    Reserve juice.
    Heat large deep skillet; add 1/4 cup oil.
    Cut all vegetables into small pieces. Stir-fry quickly all except cabbage.
    Add chicken; turn to low heat.
