Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. corn flakes
    1 chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, 1/2 cup butter or margarine, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese together in large bowl.
    Put into baking dish. Crush up corn flakes; mix with the other 1/2 cup butter or margarine and spread over potato mixture.
    Beak at 400\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
