Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. shredded coconut
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine cooking oil, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt and blend well.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add flour, baking soda and crushed pineapple (undrained), blending well.
    Fold in carrots, coconut, raisins and nuts.
    Blend well.
    Pour into 3 (9-inch) round cake pans.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
