Florentine Stuffed Turkey Breast Half - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 to 3 lb.) bone-in turkey breast half, skin removed
    2 Tbsp. margarine, divided
    1 tsp. thyme
    2 fresh garlic cloves, sliced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    3/4 c. chicken broth or water
    3 slices wheat bread, cubed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. walnut pieces, toasted
    1/2 c. chopped Granny Smith apple
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Rub turkey breast with 1 tablespoon margarine, thyme and garlic.
    In large, nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, saute onion and celery in one tablespoon margarine for 4 to 5 minutes or until soft.
    Fold in spinach, broth, bread, walnuts, apple, salt, nutmeg and pepper until mixture is well combined.
