Fluffy Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/3 c. sugar or less
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Preparation
    Combine pumpkin, sugar, spices and the vanilla pudding (dry). Add this mixture to whipped cream and beat 1 minute.
    Pour into 9-inch baked pie shell and chill.
    You can substitute 1 package of the imitation whipped cream for the real whipped cream (or Cool Whip).
    Put a spoonful of whipping cream on top when serving.
