Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    9 lasagna noodles
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large nonstick skillet brown beef, stirring occasionally.
    Remove beef; discard all but 1 teaspoon drippings.
    Add onion and saute until soft.
    Add garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute.
