Cherry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 c. nuts
6 eggs
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pitted cherries
Preparation

Mix all together with juice from 1 quart canned cherries. Bake in greased, floured loaf pans for 1 hour.
