Mayfield Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch and sugar, add boiling water.
    Stir and cook until no taste of raw starch.
    Beat egg yolks and add slowly to first mixture, cook over low heat until egg is cooked.
    Add butter, lemon juice and rind, cool.
    Add to baked pie shell and cover with meringue (be sure meringue touches all around the crust).
