Cheesy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, toasted
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in small amount of boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes, until very tender; drain.
    Set aside.
