Petite Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. flour
    5 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 (4 oz.) c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. half and half cream
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Accent
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, oleo and flour in a mixing bowl.
    Blend well.
    Shape into roll about 2 inches wide and 8 inches long. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill well or freeze.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls (24).
    Place in ungreased miniature muffin tins. Press dough against bottom and sides of pans.
