Schaefer'S Wafers(From Gov. Wm. Donald Schaefer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites (room temperature)
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add 1/3 cup sugar and beat 3 minutes.
Add another 1/3 cup of sugar and beat 3 minutes more.
Add vanilla.
Fold in chocolate chips.
