Pastry For A Double-Crust Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
6 to 7 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Combine flour and salt in a large bowl. Cut in shortening with pastry blender or large blending fork.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon water over part of mixture; gently toss with a fork.
Push to side of bowl.
Repeat until all is moistened.
Form dough into 2 balls if rolling a double crust.
