Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 good sized white potatoes
    1 bunch green onions, diced
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets until fork tender.
    Cool, peel and then slice into a large bowl.
    Stir in sour cream, onions, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
    Turn mixture into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Cover.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
