Turkey Legs And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium turkey legs
    1 jar Great Northern beans
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    1 onion, finely diced
    garlic and sugar to taste
Preparation
    Place washed turkey legs in a pot with enough water to cover them; add celery and onion, then cook until meat is done.
    Remove meat and add the beans to cook while you are deboning the meat. Discard the bones and skin.
    Put meat back into the pot.
    Mix well and season to taste with garlic and sugar.
