Blueberry Lemon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. blueberries
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    grated peel of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Make well and add oil, milk and 1 well beaten egg; stir in dry ingredients until moist.
    Toss in sugared blueberries.
    Add lemon peel and combine.
    Put in muffin pans or bread pan for a loaf. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    These are better yet after being dipped in hot melted butter and sugar.
