Turkey Flautas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground turkey
    4 oz. can chopped green chilies
    1 doz. flour tortillas (small)
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. vegetable shortening
    salt, pepper and garlic salt
    vegetable oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Brown turkey, onion and pepper in 1 tablespoon shortening. Add broth and cornstarch.
    Cook until thick.
    Place 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture on tortilla.
    Roll up and stick with toothpick.
    Toothpick will keep them from unrolling while deep frying.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
    Serve with picante sauce and sour cream.
