Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

flour
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Take large bowl and
sift 3/4 full of flour.
Make hole in center.
Pour
buttermilk
into
hole;
add
salt, soda and baking powder. Stir slowly, adding flour until stiff enough to handle with hands (not too stiff).
Pinch off small amount and roll out in\tpalms of hands, placing in greased iron skillet. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
