Orange Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large pkg. orange Jell-O
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (8 oz.) can Mandarin oranges

Preparation

Mix Jell-O with one cup hot water and the juice from oranges. Add sherbet and oranges.
Mix well.
Pour into mold; chill until firm.
Unmold onto lettuce leaves and garnish with additional oranges, if desired.
