Italian Roast Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 lb. roast
2 packs dry onion soup
4 c. water
1 bay leaf
1 green and red pepper, cut up
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
pepper
Preparation
-
Add all ingredients into covered dish and cook roast in oven at 350\u00b0 until tender.
As roast cooks, cut into smaller pieces (it speeds the cooking process).
Once it is tender, take roast out of oven; remove bay leaf and pull meat apart.
Put into crock-pot. Simmer.
May need to add more water.
