Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c. plus 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/2 lb. butter, softened
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cream the softened ingredients in food processor.
    Add all ingredients except flour.
    Pulse until blended.
    Remove to bowl and add flour.
    Put dough in cookie press fitted with star plate. Press onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
