Moist Cranberry-Apple Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 1/2 c. pared apples, chopped
    1 c. cranberries, chopped
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugars.
    Beat in egg and milk.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir into butter mixture until well blended.
    Stir in orange rind, apples and cranberries.
    Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
