Dave'S Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/3 lb. ground pork
    1/3 lb. ground veal
    1 large oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. salt and pepper mix
    1/3 c. rice
    1 c. tomato sauce
    6 large bell peppers
Preparation
    Parboil rice.
    Combine all ingredients into large bowl and mix well by hand.
    Poke bottom of peppers with two pronged fork. Place mixture into peppers and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0. You can add shredded cheese to top before serving.
