Scalloped Potatoes For Two(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, pared and sliced in 1/8-inch thickness
    4 slices onion, separate into rings (1/8-inch)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Layer potatoes and onion slices alternately in casserole. Sprinkle with salt.
    Spoon water over the potato slices.
    Dot with margarine.
    Cover and microwave on High until almost tender (7 to 8 minutes).
    Stir in milk.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Microwave uncovered until bubbly, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
