Dirt Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed into crumbs
2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 large Cool Whip (16 oz.)
1 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Beat pudding mix with milk in a large bowl until thickened. Stir in other ingredients.
Mix ingredients well with mixer at low speed.
Layer half the cookie crumbs into a 9 x 13-inch serving dish. Cover with pudding mixture. Top with remaining Oreo crumbs. Chill overnight.
