Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. fettucini noodles
5 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 pt. heavy cream
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
-
Mix butter, sage, basil, garlic salt and white pepper.
Toss cooked noodles (drained) with butter mixture.
Add warmed cream and cheeses and stir gently until cheeses melt.
Sauce gets creamy.
Do not place back on heat.
