West Virginia Joy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 box instant vanilla pudding
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 small can coconut
Preparation
    Make cake according to directions on box. While still hot, pour
    crushed pineapple over cake. Let cake cool, then sprinkle instant pudding over it. Mix cream cheese with Cool Whip and beat until smooth. Spread over cake. Sprinkle coconut over top. Refrigerate.
