Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
graham cracker crumbs
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 can cherries
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Set evaporated milk in refrigerator overnight.
Dissolve jello in a cup of hot water; let set at room temperature until it cools. Combine cream cheese and sugar.
Prepare graham cracker crumbs with butter; place in bottom of pan.
With mixer, whip evaporated milk until light and fluffy.
Add cream cheese mixture; mix well. Add jello and vanilla; mix well until fluffy.
Pour onto graham cracker crumbs.
Set in refrigerator for 4 hours, or until set. Top with cherries and enjoy.
