Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1/4 tsp. cream tartar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Place popcorn that has already been popped in a very large bowl and set aside. In a sauce pan bring brown sugar, butter, cream of tartar and syrup to a boil.
    Boil for 1 minute. Add baking soda. Beat down the foam. Pour over popcorn and mix to coat. Turn out onto cookie sheet. Place into a 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour to let dry.
