Good For You Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1 c. wheat flour
    1 c. white flour
    wheat germ to taste
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Combine egg whites, sugar and oil. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Blend together and mix well. Add milk.
    At this point, add 1/2 cup fruit: 1 whole banana, raisins, blueberries or applesauce. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 muffins.
