Barbecue Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. barbecue sauce
    1 lb. chuck steak, ground
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 Tbsp. finely cut parsley
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 English muffins
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 large tomato, peeled
Preparation
    Combine meat, celery, parsley, herbs and seasonings.
    Add 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
    Mix; shape into 6 patties.
    Grill patties until done as desired.
    Split and toast muffins; butter them lightly.
    Cut tomato in 6 slices.
    Place 1 slice on each muffin half.
    Top with hot burger patty.
    Add spoonful of barbecue sauce. Serve at once.
    Makes 6 servings.
