Oven Omelet(From My Sister, Pauline) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 c. chopped scallions
Preparation

Melt
butter
in
9 x 13-inch glass pan and coat bottom and sides.
Mix
above ingredients together and place in pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 22 minutes.
