Eggplant Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant
    bread crumbs
    egg (as needed)
    tomato sauce (16 oz.)
    boiled lasagne noodles
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Peel and slice eggplant thin.
    Dip eggplant into beaten egg, then bread crumbs.
    Pan-fry.
    Drain eggplant on paper towels. Layer as follows:
    tomato sauce, lasagne, tomato sauce, eggplant and sauce. Repeat until eggplant and lasagne are finished.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve with salad and Italian bread.
