Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh, steamed or cooked and drained
    1/2 lb. mushrooms or 1 large can, drained
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    8 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 deep dish pie shells
Preparation
    Layer broccoli, mushrooms, bacon and cheese in pie shells. Beat eggs, half and half, salt, red and black peppers.
    Pour into shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Insert knife in the middle; when it comes out clean, it is done.
