Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 small veal cutlets, dipped in beaten egg and breaded with Italian bread crumbs
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown veal cutlets in small amount of oil.
    Remove from skillet.
    Drain off any remaining oil.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Blend well.
