Sausage Mushroom Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    croutons
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Spread croutons in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; set aside.
    Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble; drain well.
    Sprinkle sausage over croutons.
    Combine eggs, milk, margarine, cheese and mustard; mix well and pour over sausage. Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Top with sliced mushrooms and bake an additional 10 minutes.
