Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 uncooked 9-inch pastry shell
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of pepper
mushrooms (if desired)
Preparation

Brown beef and drain.
Set aside to cook. Mix mayonnaise, milk, eggs, cornstarch and flour until smooth.
Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper.
Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until set.
