Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 qt. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 eggs, hard-cooked and diced
    1 green pepper, diced for flavor
    1/2 small jar sweet pickle relish
    small ripe tomato, diced
    2 strips celery, diced
    1 carrot, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. cooked and drained macaroni
Preparation
    In large saucepan, simmer vinegar and sugar and then add mayonnaise.
    Beat with wire whisk until smooth.
    Add parsley, celery seed, mustard, green pepper, relish, tomato, celery, carrot, eggs and onion.
    Blend all together.
    Then add drained macaroni. Mix gently; salt and pepper to taste.
    You can add more or less sugar or vinegar, depending on how tart you like it.
