Potato Cheddar Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Crushed cornflakes or Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Put in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Top with crushed cornflakes or Ritz crackers. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350\u00b0 till brown and bubbly.
