Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. pkg. Mueller's elbows
12 oz. pkg. Kraft sharp Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
6 c. boiling water
8 oz. pkg. sour cream (optional)
pinch of black pepper
Preparation

Boil water, add 1 teaspoon salt.
Add elbows.
Cook 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from stove.
Drain water.
Place in 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Stir in butter.
Cut cheese into small cubes and add to macaroni.
Add milk and stir.
Add sour cream, if desired. Place in oven at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Take out and stir. Sprinkle pepper on top and place back in oven for 15 to 25 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
