Ingredients

3/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. onion powder
1 pinch garlic powder
pepper to taste
1 1/2 lb. sliced meat
Preparation

Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
Add meat.
Cover and refrigerate.
Allow mixture to marinate for 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 100\u00b0.
Place jerky on oven racks.
Bake 2 hours and turn. For softer jerky, cook between 6 to 7 hours.
For harder jerky, cook longer.
