Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread (any kind)
1 lb. bacon
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
8 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Tear up the slices of bread and place in baking dish. Fry bacon until crisp, drain, crumble and sprinkle over the bread. Sprinkle with the cheese.
Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over mixture in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Excellent served with fried potatoes and English muffins for brunch, lunch or dinner!
