Venison Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium carrots, quartered
    3 medium potatoes, quartered
    4 stalks celery, quartered
    2 lb. venison (1-inch cubes)
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook in crock-pot on low setting overnight or 8 to 10 hours.
