Sweet Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. yellow cake mix
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. raisins or 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
5 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation

Add yeast to warm water.
Mix in sugar.
Let set until dissolved. Blend dry ingredients.
Mix in yeast mixture.
Knead for 5 minutes. Cover and let rise.
Knead again. Roll out and add anything you want, such as raisins, nuts, cinnamon and sugar.
Let your imagination go!
Fold into loaves. Place in greased pans and let rise. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 60 minutes, depending on size of loaf.
