Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. softened margarine
    1/4 c. Crisco
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream together margarine, Crisco, sugar and egg.
    In separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients to the first mixture with a wooden spoon.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in colored sugar.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
