Low-Fat Fruit Trifle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 angel food cake
1 (15 oz.) crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained
1 (0.9 oz.) vanilla instant sugar-free pudding
1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 envelope dry whipped topping
skim milk
1/4 c. chopped nuts
6 maraschino cherries
Preparation

Tear cake into small pieces.
Mix pineapple and oranges.
Mix pudding as directed on package using skim milk.
Layer half each of cake pieces, fruit mixture and pudding.
Repeat.
Spread on whipped topping.
Garnish with chopped pecans and cherries.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
