Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5-6 lbs. beef brisket
    1/2 C. Italian salad dressing
    1 package onion soup mix
    1 can brown gravy
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Place brisket on double sheet of heavy duty foil.
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour over brisket-wrap tightly in foil.
    Bake 300 degrees for one hour per pound.
    Do not cook over 4 hours.
    Chill in refrigerator overnight, must be cold to slice properly.
