Marinated Mackerel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 large mackerels
    1 tsp. salt
    2 whole bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. whole peppercorns
    a few slices onions
    enough water to cover fish in pot
Preparation
    Thoroughly
    clean
    fish.
    Remove
    heads and tails.
    Cut the fish into slices about 3/4 to 1-inch thick.
    Cook the fish in the salted water for about 7 to 8 minutes.
    Don't overcook. Pour into bowl.
    Cover
    the
    fish with the water the fish was cooked
    in. Add
    onions, peppercorns and bay leaves.
    Let sit for a
    couple of
    hours.
    Serve.
    Can be used as appetizer or main dish. Oh, so good!
