Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cultured sour cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. nuts
3 Tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries
1 small can pineapple, crushed and drained
1/2 c. flaked coconut
2 mashed bananas
Preparation
-
Line muffin tin with paper cups, fill and freeze.
To serve, remove carefully to preserve the crinkled edges.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
